Town Planning Services
Pre Application submission
We go through the process of creating the document which sets out the principles of the development. This allows a local authority to have an informed view before submitting a planning application.
Short Term Lets (STL)
STLs are hte formal name for Air B n B’s. With a change in legislation at Scottish Government planning permission is required in Edinburgh, Glasgow and parts of the Highlands. In addition to this a license to operate is required covering fire safety, Electrical safety, amenity of the local area, parking . We will cover all aspects and cover all of Scotland.
Change of Use
We are experts in obtaining Change of Use documentation, which needs to be allocated to an area of ground or a building if its intended purposes are to be changed.
Appraisal and Risk Assessment
We provide full and comprehensive assessments of development potential, lay out the potential planning risks and ways to maximise prospects of success.
Planning and development strategies
Our expertise means we are able to deliver strategic advice on positioning development proposals to optimise the prospects of a successful application being granted.
Section 75 Removal
Working closely with the various bodies, we are able to work to remove burdens and planning restrictions should they come up.
Applications for all forms of planning approval
With our knowledge and contacts, we are able to obtain planning approval quicker than many others. This includes flexible, hybrid and “masterplan” outline permissions for complex and large developments such as Development Consent Orders, Listed Building Consent and Footpath Diversion/Closure Orders.
